Google API is Asking to Sign Up for new key 24/7

I have been struggling to get my application to work with google.


I have a subdomain "sub.domain.com" pointing to a different ip than my "domain.com" 


Any ideas on why this would do this?

Note i am also using a Port "sub.domain.com:1050"

 Sorry we don’t have a domain for reproduce your problem now, could you please make sure whether your subdomain works if it without port number but just point to another IP address? And what’s your parse way for the subdomain, by a record or cname? I think we need some more detail information about that. 
  
 It looks google’s key is valid for your domain name, its subdomains, all URLs on hosts in those domains. code.google.com/apis/maps/faq.html#keysystem

 I will register a domain name for test this as soon as possible.
