hello, can any one post a sample of floating panel on MVC?

i have seen one sample but it was written for web not for mvc, i was hoping that you have something like a container floating over the map, please check the site: thinkgeo.com/map-suite-developer-gis/mvc-edition/img/screenshots/OffenderTracking.png  "Instructions"

Thanks for your further information, but sorry to say that “the floating panel” is not existing in MVC edition for now.But a walk around could be to copy the “Description Panels” to Mvc from Here:
