Help with an Activation file, Mapsuite Web Edition Server 8.0

Hello, please I need response from you. A few days ago I have send an email to support@thinkgeo.com asking for an Activation file for Map Suite Web Edition Server 8.0 , however I have not an answer yet. I tried to call but the phone but it seems the phone is not working. Please help me, it urgent!
