How to get rid of Google "Terms of Use" link from appearing on Thinkgeo or Bing overlays even though GoogleOverlay is not an active overlay?
If you look at the websamples.thinkgeo.com. Navigate to Overlays->GooogleYahoo/WMS .. sample. You can see Google link "Terms of use" even though WMS overlay is active.

The “Terms of Use” is subject to the terms of legal agreement between you and Google Inc. if we use any of the Google Maps/Google Erath APIs, and you can find the Google’s declaration at code.google.com/apis/maps/terms.html . So we are unable provide an API to remove it. If you do want to remove it, the workaround is that we can find the containing this information and remove it from the DOM tree.
