How to remove Unwanted Emails from ticket creation and reply process

We are using ThinkGeo licensed for our company for 6 years. At that time, we have added a team to the project, and when they raise a ticket in the Thinkgeo portal, they used to get mail with respect to the ticket and replies. we keep on adding new members and affiliate the existing members to other projects and removing them from this app. Now, if the new team raises the ticket on ThinkGeo Portal, mails are going to all the members who are involved from the beginning. We need to update this mail process and the recipients. Is there any way to avoid sending mail to unwanted members?
