Inserting an Overlay with a key

Greetings,


I am looking to insert an overlay at a specific index, but would like to be able to reference it later by key.  Is there any way to do this without first adding the overlay to the end of the overlays collection with a specific key, and then moving it to the desired index?

 I think if you can reference it by index instead of by key , then you just need to insert the Overlay to desired index, while if you want to refence it by key, I think currently you have to add it first and then move it to the desired index as you mentioned.
