Hi,
I am trying to install our application on our development server for testing. One of the maps that is not using MrSid ortho images works fine. The other map that does is giving the error: "Could not find Map Suite GeoRasterx86.dll assembly".
After some digging, I found that there is a host of assemblies that need to be installed the System32 folder. This has made our network/server/database IT folks grumpy. Grumpy IT foldks are not good.
Thus - I need to know what the quickest route to get these files installed is. Do we really have to copy the files into our System32 folder and register them all? Should we really overwrite msvcp71.dll and msvcr.71.dll if they already exist?
Or is there a simpler, kinder - "make my IT folks ungrumpy" method?
Thank you for your help!
Your product is excellent by the way - can't wait to get it running!
