Hi I need the shortest route, but i don't think this is right???

Using 6.0.102.0

Try use routing explorer with attached shp file..

P.s. how is the add location supposed to work in routing explorer? (Type Location: format [Longitude,Latitude])

No matter what value I add i get "Input location is outside the boundary"
