Issue with scalebar & 3.1.209.108

Hi,


I'm running 3.1.209.108, single thread with tilecache.


The scalebar is simply not refreshed any more with that new version when the user zoom in & out with the mouse wheel.

The result is that the scale is wrong every time the user zoom.


If I force a refresh then it become right; so it's really a refresh issue.

 I am embarrassed to say this is a side effect bug when we fix some other bugs, I have fixed it. Sorry for the inconvenience now.
