Layer refresh

I have an InMemory FeatureLayer having a custom pointshape and custom textstyle. To place a pointshape on the map, the co ordinates are sent from a server which generates every 3 seconds. Now I am manually refreshing the webpage to get the movements of the points on map. I have all the code in the controller. so Can you pls let me know the things I need to know and add for refreshing the point on map for every 3 sec?  I am new to mvc and mapsuite.

 You can download our MapSuite 8.0, then open the ThinkGeo Product Center and select Map Suite MVC Edition. You can find the sample "Vehicle Tracking" sample under "Project Templates" tab. 
  
 This sample contains the code for refresh and shows where is the vehicle now, I think that should be helpful for your requirement.
