License issue when migrate form v10 to v12

We have migrated from v10 to v12, but when I open the ThinkGeov12.ProductCenter, I saw WPF Product is not activated,
I should mention that we have a valid license for v12 but when I use it in the ‘Activate Offline’ procedure, ProductCenter prompts me Activated Successfully but nothing happens.

I don’t find any license under your account m*****gari@basemap.co.uk. Could you find your original account which purchase the license and try again.

  1. Download the latest product center at https://helpdesk.thinkgeo.com/Home
  2. Delete the folder C:\ProgramData\ThinkGeo
  3. Run the latest product center as administrator to active the license again.

‘Activate Offline’ will let you generate an request file. And you need send it to support@thinkgeo.com we will generate a license file for you. You can import it.

I know, we use a development server, but my issue has been solved by Login into the Product Center with the purchased account.
