Map Suite Explorer - Image Layer Support?

Hi,


In the 2.0 version of Map Suite there was an ability to load ImageLayers such as MrSid, ECW, JPEG2000, TIFF, and others. Will this ability be added to Map Suite Explorer 3.0?

 We should add it at the very beginning but for some reason didn’t. We will definitely add the ability to Map Suite Explorer 3.0 and thanks for pointing it out!

I am happy I see the Map Explorer 3.0 can support Image layer. But I don’t know why it still use the ServiceEdition.dll, I guess it should update to DesktopEdition.dll that can make explorer more useful, doesn’t it?

 We are on the way to update the Explorer to Desktop Edition to make it more  powerful and easy to use.
