MapPrinterLayers not maintaining layer order

Hi,

I am adding layers to a MapPrinterLayer for printing but it doesn’t seem to matter what order I add them as line layers always end up on top of polygon layers.

Hi Jonathan,
This was due to an issue of Line CenterPen & InnerPen drawing order in PrinterCanvas. Been fixed in ThinkGeo.MapSuite.Layers.Printers version 11.0.0-beta034.
