MapSuite V10.6 - Esri.FileGDBAPI

MapSuite Team,

The exception below is occurring intermittently under Windows-11. It does not occur under Windows-7, not sure about Windows-10.

The exception occurs even if the map extent remains unchanged. My application for a long time has had an issue with Esti.FileGDBAPI and System.ObjectDisposedException, but only when shutting down the application so never worried too much about it.

There are several GPS tracking-layers that are being refreshed, but they are in-memory layers and not related to the Esri DLL.

There are several GeoDatabase Layers, which are rendering just fine.

Any suggestions as to the cause of this?

Hi Dennis,

I can’t say with complete certainty what the root cause is, but since you’re planning to upgrade to v14, I’d recommend proceeding with that first and then revisiting the issue if it persists. With the newer FileGDB support and a more efficient drawing pipeline in v14, it’s very likely that the problem has already been addressed.
