MapTools.ScaleLine is not dynamic !?

Hi,


I've enabled the ScaleLine in MapTools, and it displays as it should in the map.


However, when I zoom in or out in the map using the mouse wheel, and it refreshes as it should, the scale line indicator doesn't change at all, but appear frozen.


I have the same problem with the PanZoomBar, which appears to be frozen as well.


Using release version 5.5.0.0. Working with UTM projected data.


Please advise.

 Do you still have this problem there? 
  
 I tested the latest package haven’t found this problem. And then I tested the 5.5.0.0 in UseADifferentProjectionForAFeatureLayer sample with some different projection, the scaleline and trackzoombar works there. 
  
 Please let us know if you still have this issue.
