Why is the Marker Overlay refreshed even if there is no marker(s) used inside the application?

Hi JM, 
  
 The rendering of the MarkerOverlay is based on the data requested from the server side, in other words, if the map’s viewPort is changed, the client map need to request the server side to check if there is any markers in this new area, so the request is required, because the client marker overlay doesn’t know there isn’t any markers in this overlay.
