Missing png files

I just updated to version 203 and it looks like I am missing the "highwayoneway.16.png" file.  Not sure if I am missing more, but this one keeps popping up when I zoom into the demo db.  Can I download an updated icon set from somewhere?

 Seems like we couldn’t recreate the issue with version 8.0.0.203 on our end. The source code of OsmWorldMapKitLayer project, including all icons can be available in the project as well, the relative path is “Map Suite World Map Kit SDK\Current Version\World Map Kit SDK Source”. Also the updates of the project source code can be available from “Daily Builds” in “Product Center”, I guess you can try the following 2 options: 
  
 1. Download a latest version of Daily Build from Product Center, and then try to see if the missing icon is there. 
 2. Try referencing the project with source code for debug.
