NetTopology error

What does it error mean, how to solvet this


Could not load file or assembly 'NetTopologySuite, Version=1.7.3.31740, Culture=neutral, PublicKeyToken=f580a05016ebada1' or one of its dependencies. The system cannot find the file specified.

 I doubt this problem is caused because you did not reference the matched DLLs. The MapSuite DLLs should be match with the NetTopologySuite.

I refered DesktopEdition.dll, and MapsuiteCore.dll. but first it works well. i dono why it throwing exception at final stage,. do i want to refer some other dll files
