New (?) Shift Zoom zooms too far

Hi, quick behavioural question, reproducable in the samples - when zooming with new shift drag rectangle zoom I expected it to zoom so that the selected extend fits to my window. However, it seems to zoom way further in than the selected zoom.

This is fixed in beta144, pull the latest and have another try.
