If we have purchased a license to 3.0 can we still download and use the new beta release?

Yes you can. Whenever we release a new beta, or any new version, we offer it on the public evaluation downloads site and also to our paying customers. The build process keeps them in sync and they get released together. When you purchase any 3.0 product for you get all the versions of it. For example if you purchase the 3.0 Desktop Editions you also get our 2.x version as well. The full key you get when you purchase works with the betas. Just make sure you uninstall the previous beta as we track the used licenses.
