Does desktop edition have a new formal release schdule?


I am urgent to know the shedule and the new features of the release.

 Probably we will have a formal public release (Not sure its final release or not) within 2 weeks or so. 
  
 The most obvious new feature compare to 3.0.362 is its performance enhancement and more control on the cache system.
