It doesn't appear there is a night mode available with World Map Data. My customers use our application in vehicles at night and find the default color scheme blinding.
In fact, it appears that all of the colors are currently hard coded into the WorldMapKitRenderLayer.
Has anyone done this yet?
Even if someone has come up with a workable scheme of colors that would be helpful, even if I have to code it myself.

We have a sample in our code gallery in which we display world capital with a symbol for day or for night according to the local time.

For the world map kit, its rendering logic is complicated as its data involved hundreds or shapes files and this product is developed 2 years ago, so I do not think we could get the documentations for the up-to-date coloring schemes, sorry for the inconvenience. As far as I know, these documentations will contains which data will be rendered in what kind of color between what zoom levels.
