We are looking into using the NOAA nowCoast services in our program. Have you had any experience with these so far, and any ideas on the best way to incorporate them onto a map?

Our product only support NOAA whether service, you can find this layer NoaaWeatherStationFeatureLayer.
I viewed your link and it looks the nowcoast serer provide many types of service via WMS, so I think you have two solution for it.
Implement that by our class WmsRasterLayer, if the server is follow standard WMS protocol, I think it can be rendered on map.
You can contact your sales, to make sure whether our professional service team can help you implement a group of special class to support this service.
