Open layer 10

when do you plan to upgrade the open layer version to the version 10 ?

 Thanks for your suggestion. The upgrading to version 10 is in processing. Maybe it can be available in November, but it’s hard to give you the accurate time.

I’m already using 2.9, but had problems upgrading to 2.10. Some Google API issues.

how can you use a different openlayer version, how do you bypass thinkgeo to load your own version of openlayer ?


what are your problems for open layer 10?

Take a look at: 
 wiki.thinkgeo.com/wiki/ThinkGeo.MapSuite.WebEdition.Map#IsDefaultJavascriptLibraryDisabled 
  
 Then add the OpenLayers API js normally as some normal javascript. 
  
 on 2.10, I had some problems with version of Google API. I guess is simple thing to solve, but didn’t have the time yet.

 We have upgraded the OpenLayers to the version of 2.10. It should be availble in the latest Daily Build (4.5.18.0 or later). Please get it through helpdesk.thinkgeo.com/helpdesk/login.aspx. 
  
 Also we have fixed the compatibility problem with Google API, but now we only provide the interface for Google API version 2.
