I'm guessing it is the same as Google and you can't, but just in case I'm missing some property, is it possible to use the OpenStreetMapOverlay in EPSG 4326?
Thanks,
.Ryan.

Ryan,
As far as I know, OpenStreet service cannot request tiles in EPSG:4326. You know the address is not a Wms address and their cache files are in Google’s projection; we cannot handle this. So I’m sorry for the inconvenience now.
Please let us know if you have more queries.
Thanks,
Howard
Ryan,
One thing to note is that you can get the raw open street map data in 4326. You would have to do all the rendering yourself but wanted to let you know there is an option.
