is there an example how to use MapSuite library to manage data from oracle spatial (load, add, edit and delete) features.

 The answer is yes, you can use OracleSpatialFeatureLayer to do it.

 You can find a simple sample in our HowDoI sample which name is "LoadAnOracleFeatureLayer" under "DataProviders" category.

This example shows how to load data from oracle data source but not add and editing features!

 We have samples to show how to edit FeatureLayer, it uses InMemoryFeatureLayer, OracleSpatialFeatureLayer is also a FeatureLayer, so you can do the same way. You can find them at HowDoI sample under "Editing Feature Layers" category.
