OSM tiles are loaded very slowly

Hi,

Since MS10, our customers tell us that OSM tile take a very long time to load. Yesterday a client with a good 4g connection took 2mn to load the tiles. With MS9 it was only few seconds. Of course, using cache helps but it’s annoying for our client who move a lot.

Did you change something regarding this in MS10 ? Is there any option I can turn on/off to improve OSM tiles loading ?

Using wifi the loading time is a bit slower but usable.

Hi Judicael_ribault,

Could you please let us know which class you are using to connect to OSM, a sample can be tested between V9 and V10 is more helpful.

And I think we don’t do big changes for V10 in OSM related classes.

It was a problem in the cache system. Clearing the cache solved the problem.
