Our Software Assurance Plan for Map Suite Desktop for WPF has expired

Hi,

We want to update the Thinkgeo version in our projects WPF (V10.2.4 to V10.4.2)
But the following message appears as we renewed our Thinkgeo WPF subscription late November 2018.
System.InvalidOperationException
HResult=0x80131509
Message=Your Software Assurance Plan for Map Suite Desktop for WPF has expired, please contact sales@thinkgeo.com to renew or use the version that was built prior to 12/19/2018 00:00:00.

I sent a message to sales@thinkgeo.com and I have no answer.

What are the actions to be taken to update the Thinkgeo Wpf version ?
