Page Layout alignment issues when printing

Hi guys,

I hate to post another Page Layout issue, but I am still having a few minor issues.

When printing a page layout map the text in LabelPrinterLayers, LegendPrinterLayers and the ScalebarPrinter layer is not positioned properly. LabelPrinterLayers tend to get shifted to the right, the text following the ScaleBarPrinterLayer moves down and to the right, and the text in the LegendPrinterLayer does not align properly.

However, there is a workaround (yay!). If there is a ScaleLinePrinterLayer present, these problems simply go away. I have attached a sample project that demostrates this issue. I am using MapSuite Desktop Production build 6.0.0.88.

I want to make it clear that I am not complaining about anything, just trying to help. I love the page layout system.

   Thanks for the sample we will look into this right away.  Please don’t be gun shy about reporting these issues as we don’t mind at all.  I’m happy we are driving towards printing perfection.  It just sucks that our rest cases haven’t caught this.  Of course printing test cases are rough as sometimes people overlook small shifts and just don’t see it and then the bad result gets coded into the test case valid condition.  We will figure this out though it seems very strange to me, just on the surface, that adding one particular layer seems to fix all the others… Hmm… A Mystery…
