Pan Zoom Buttons not working in chrome
Hello Eric,
Thanks for your post, sorry I’m confused here “pan and zoom buttons and bar in the adornment layer”, you are talking about the PanZoomBar or PanZoom and other bar(like ScaleBar) or both of them?
We did fix recently that PanZoomBar, PanZoom and all other adornmentLayer like ScaleLine, Legend, Logo, Gratucile both works fine in IE and Chrome excpet ScaleBar, can you upgrade to the newest dll 6.0.225.0(6.0.0.225)or later and have another try.
Regards,
Gary
The latest development build available for download is 6.0.222.0, the latest production build available is 6.0.0.224
Hello Eric,
Sorry, for a network problem, we failed to upload the 6.0.225.0 and 6.0.0.225 to helpdesk, you can get today’s 6.0.226.0 or later.
Regards,
Gary
When will the new builds be up??
Hello Eric,
Sorry the network problem still exist, we did some special process today, I believe you can get 6.0.227.0 or 6.0.0.227 several hours later.
Regards,
Gary
Anything yet??
If I can’t get the builds through the helpdesk, could you email them, or send them via ftp or dropbox??
Moritz was able to help me get the latest builds through FTP, though this doesn’t fix my problem.
I as I mentioned in the other thread. I notice that the zoom and pan buttons have ID’s and not just classes, with two maps in the application I think it is possible there is a conflict.
Hello Eric,
Ok, I got this problem and I think we can discuss and resolve it in that post, so we can post in that one.
Regards,
Gary
I have found the solution to this problem. In Chrome, but not IE a hidden element was overlaying the map with a z-index of 1111 preventing the buttons from being clicked.
Hello Eric,
It’s glad to hear the problem resolved, please feel free to let us know if you have any questions.
Regards,
Gary
