PDF Or Bitmap for Reports?

I need to create a PDF report that has the letterhead etc of the company.


Would it work better to have a PDF embeded into the Report(if thats even possible) or to embed the image ?

 I want to make sure I understand you correct. 
  
 Do you want to insert map or map image to a PDF file which is a report with something like letterhead?

Just the Map Image comprised of a google Base layer and a few Dynamic, custom and static overlays.
