PdfGeoCanvas versus PrinterGeoCanvas?

Hi,


I'm a little puzzled about the two classes mentioned above, both of which are supposed to be part of the "Core" namespace.


The documentation doesn't mention PdfGeoCanvas anywhere, only PrinterGeoCanvas. Not in the shipped docs nor in the online ditto. Not even as depreceated or obsolete. And this although it's clearly in frequent use.


I tried to substitute PrinterGeoCanvas in for PdfGeoCanvas, but that yields an exception within the passed generic context object, that isn't explained in the docs.


So what gives ? Is PdfGeoCanvas a valid part of the framework or not ? And if so, some documentation would be very nice

 The PDFGeoCanvas is actually an extension and not in the CORE so you will need to reference it in your project. You can find the extension dll in the Developer Reference/Spatial Extensions/PDF Extension folder at the location where you installed Map Suite.  Usually this is C:\Program Files (x86)\ThinkGeo\Map Suite Web Edition.
