Thanks for reply.
The actual problem is I don’t want to use route. I just want to draw line on map and when I click on that line It need to be selected. I just want to do that.I don’t no how to do that.

I think you can view the samples:

Find the feature(s) a user clicked on
Highlight a feature on the map
Determine the length of a line feature

Which should be helpful.
