Point Label Rendering Is Random

I have an InMemoryFeatureLayer that is populated with points that relate to a field to display a label for each point.

I've verified that the points all have data (MapClick lookup with alert proves that), but not all the labels render even at a full Zoom In.

Zooming In and Out will randomly render some but not all point labels.

Any reason for this?
