Pop up a ballon to display the information when mouse move to a point

Hi.

There are many poi points in my map, when I move my mouse to above of a poi point,I want to dispaly a ballon hint the information of the POI point, just like google earth.

How can I do it ,would you please give me a sample about how to don this ?
