Problem of Google Map Display

Dear experts

We have a strange problem. We displayed Google map in our software and the software is published in the server. Most computers can display the map by visiting the webpage. Everything is OK. But only one laptop can't display the google map. The error message is: "Google.maps.MapTypeID.ROADMAP" is null or is not an object. At Helper_GeoResource.axd line 492 and URI: dcp.dtinno.com/MapLL/Helper_...?v=6.0.0.0.  The computer can visit maps.google.com and the IE version is OK. I think maybe the problem is from the configeration of IE.  Unforturnelly it is an important laptop. so would you please help to give some suggestion on the problem? Many thanks!

 Have you tried to reinstall the IE? If the problem is still there, can you provide more details about it? we can’t figure out that’s going on according to the line number. So please make some screenshots or a video if possible.
