Proj4 version used?

What version of Proj4 is included in the WPF package? Does it support grid shifts?

Hi Kev_French,

For WPF (.NET Framework) it should be a early version in 4, the grid is not supported in it.

For WPF (.NET Core) the projection is version 5.2, the grid should be supported follow library.
