Query on Isolines

hi
we have a requirement to plot the terrain Using the Isolines all over the world map.is there any Terrain data with you.If it is available is it possible to plot Terrain using that data.if it is possible please send the source code to plot that Terrain and the Isolines should be like this

We don’t have the terrain data for world map.
