Question regarding tiles cache in web application

Hello 



I want to ask about tile caching in web applications or in general how does the code in a web app call the pre-generated cache tiles for example a city is it done automatically from with thinkgeo classes can you explain to me how does it exactly work and how can we integrate it in a web app.
