Raster data problem

Hello,



we want to load .jpg format DEM Raster layer file into MVC web GIS, but we are facing problem in reading the raster file and displaying on map. 

" arts.af/download/DEM_jp2Format.rar " this is the link to download the jpeg2000 raster files which we using. the folder is containing below files 

1: afghanistan1.jp2

2: afghanistan1.jp2.aux.xml

3: afghanistan1.jp2.ovr

4: afghanistan1.jp2.vat.dbf



Please provide us a sample code to read the above jp2 raster file and how to display on map. our requirement is also to display the elavation value of each pixel of the jp2 file to user, please tell us how can we read the elevation value from dbf and display to user on map.



i would really appreciate your detailed answer and support in this regard.
