Hi,
I rebuild my machine and after that I installed/activated version 9 on my machine. The problem I have is that one of our application is using version 7 and I getting <g class="gr_ gr_16 gr-alert gr_gramm Grammar only-ins doubleReplace replaceWithoutSep" id="16" data-gr-id="16">unregistered</g> message when I run it now, even though I copied v7 <g class="gr_ gr_13 gr-alert gr_spell ContextualSpelling ins-del multiReplace" id="13" data-gr-id="13">ddls</g> to v9 folder.
My question is that how can I have versions 9 and 7/8 on one machine at <g class="gr_ gr_11 gr-alert gr_gramm Grammar only-ins doubleReplace replaceWithoutSep" id="11" data-gr-id="11">same</g> time? or at least how can I reactivate older versions on my machine.
Regards,
Behnam
Reactivate version 7
Hi Behnam,
Does the unregistered message only happened on v7 dlls application, if the application referring v9 dll is correct?
Could you let us know more details on how to "rebuild my machine"? Did you uninstall the thinkgeo v7 or have the OS reset? If you uninstalled or reset/reinstall the OS, then we need to install the v7 also to active it.
Currently, to keep v7,v8,v9 works on one machine, we need to active them separately. In v7, we can use the installer to active it by default. In v8, we are using product center 8.0 to active the products. In v9, we use the product center 9.0 to active the products.
Please let us know if you want to download v7,v8 installer, please try the below links:
v7: ap.thinkgeo.com:5001/fbsharing/UuHxJ5wf
v8: ap.thinkgeo.com:5001/fbsharing/Z1uzgfk9
Thanks,
Troy
I did a test by installing the v7 and v9 on one machine and active them separately and tried two samples, one is referring v7 dlls and the other one is referring v9 dlls. Then both of the samples works fine.
Hi Troy,
Thanks for your prompt reply, I was thinking we don’t need to activate each version separately, I installed version 7 and it’s working now.

Hi Behnam,
Great to hear it works. Any other questions, don’t hesitate to let us know.
