Scale problem

Hi,


I have set a startup scale for my map and everything seemed to working fine on my development environment.  I have now moved it to our webserver and the scale is completely different, I do not even see my features on the load of the map,  I have to pan into different directions before I can see anything.


Why is this happening?

Hi Sonja,



Could confirm the following list for me?

1.    Please make sure the two machines installed the same version of Map Suite Web Edition, you can compare the version by the following code. In order to make the map’s extent more accurate, we change the algorism in the latest version. 
string version = Map.Version;
2.    If you are using percentage value to set the width and height such as 100%, please make sure the two environments’ monitors have the same resolution. Width and height will affect the scale of the display.
