Show instruction windows on map

hi everyone i wants to show instruction windows on map as thinkgeo how do i sample show like this

samples.thinkgeo.com/webedition/howdoisamples/

where instruction moveable windows is showing on map i am wondering is it a built in feature of thinkgeo map or what please guide me thanks in advanced.

 It’s not a built-in feature of thinkgeo map, but the source code is provided following the “How Do I” samples. Please download the “Map Suite Product Center” at download.thinkgeo.com/ThinkGeoProductCenter.msi, and then navigate to WebEdition to download “How Do I” sample from “Code Samples”.

Please download the sample at wiki.thinkgeo.com/wiki/File:WebEdition_HowDoI_CS_141217.zip instead, after unzip and open it in Visual Studio, you can get the code under “Helper” sub-folder. all are there. There are 3 files, just shown as following:
