To personal answer me if the client does not support shapefile edit, please let me know clearly

Hi Guo, 



We are sorry to say the SilverLight Edition don’t support that feature as we can’t save the modifications back from client to the shape file in the server side. But we can view the shape file locally with OOB. Please have a look at wiki.thinkgeo.com/wiki/Map_Suite_Silverlight_Edition_Miscellaneous_Samples#Out_of_Browser_Support
