After some investigations I could find that these missing images correspond to a "blank" image in my image cache folder (see sample image below).
So if I delete this image and go back on the map to this place then it loads OK and add the good image to the image cache folder.
But this can't be done manually for all images having the same problem !
Do you have an idea where it may comes from ?
Thank you.

The problem also occurs when I disable cache but of course this time when I refresh the page the missign images appears but others that were present are now missing !
Do you think it comes from the WMS server ? could you please make some tests with my sample project ?
Thank you.
Hello Gautier,
Thanks for your post.
This problem have two possibility, one is because the License problem, did you run the generating image application in RunTime, such as IIS? Can you check the PC have the deployment license? Because the development license is different with deployment license.
Second is the code problem if you generate the cache images with wrong overlay, it will not working, could you please upload your sample code? We can test it.
Regards,
Gary
for your first question it’s on my development machine because only our client server has the licence installed
for your second point, as I said it also happens when cache is disabled…
Hello Gautier,
Thanks for your further information and sample, I have tested with it, but I can get all the tiles with or without cache, please see the attached images.
Also, that problem image looks like our WMSEdition product, Did you use that? If so, it's possible that the WMSEdition deployment license problem.

Gary
Gary, I use web edition.
I tried once again and cannot reproduce the problem !
Do you think it can be because of a temporary problem from IGN’s WMS services ?
Thank you for your help.
Hello Gautier,
Yes, it’s possible that WMS server didn’t response your request in time, when I run your sample, the Internet connection to the server is slow, so I can see some tiles didn’t shows in time, but after some time, it will show.
Also when you meet this problem again, please try to refresh the map or drag it to find out if is server side problem.
Please let us know if you can recreate this problem.
Thanks for your help.
Gary
OK thank you then, do you think it is because of this problem that I had blank images in my imageCache folder ?
This image shouldn't be blank as when I deleted it and reload the page, the good image comes not blank.
Does this mean that when the tile does not load MapSuite generates one blank ?
See sample "blank" image:
So this leads me to another question: is there a way to clear server imageCache ?
Thanks very much for your help.
Hello Gautier,
This blank image watermark looks like the WMS Edition, so I’m asking you if you are using our WMS product, is that possbile you used it or visit it before?
And when you delete this image, did it shows again?
And if you are not using our WMS edition to deployment the server, we don’t have the API to clean the server side cache, to clean the client side cache, you can directly delete it.
Regards,
Gary

Does this mean that when the tile does not load MapSuite generates one blank ?
Or maybe the WMS Server had problems and sent blank images ?
Hello Gautier,
It’s possible that WMS server cause the problem and sent blank images, but the images shouldn’t contain “Unlicensed For Runtime”.
You can try to refresh the map or drag the map to make new request to server to see if it’s server problem.
Please let me know when you find some way to recreate this.
Regards,
Gary
For the message "Unlicensed For Runtime" I think MapSuite adds it to all tiles because I have it on all images downloaded by MapSuite in my image cache folder
Hello Gautier,
This watermark will shows up if it detective you don’t have the right license, in your sample, looks like the Wms server you visit didn’t use our Wms edition, so the only possible is in web edition side, I notice you have both the web and the web server license, but which you did you use? Or both?
How did you run your application in VS, F5 or Ctrl + F5?
Sorry for the inconvenience,
Regards,
Gary
