Is there a way to view the original map styles from a MapInfo .tab file? I noticed that ThinkGeo uses style overrides for different zoom levels. MapInfo .tab files have styles setting for individual features. I can have polylines in the same .tab file having different styles. For instance, we use polylines to represent fiber optic cables. Dashed lines might represent cables are are aerial and solid lines represent ones that are underground. I haven’t found a way to view the .tab file as it would be displayed if it were opened in MapInfo.

.tab file styles
Hi Ken,
Welcome to ThinkGeo forum.
Yes you’re right, our style system render style for layer, zoom level or column value in feature. We don’t support directly set style to single feature.
If you want to render your tab file in our map to make it looks like in MapInfo, you may want to group the features to different layers then assign style to them.
When we read data from tab file, we will drop style and projection information, but save id, shape and column values.
Wish that’s helpful.

Don
