The evaluation edition has not been installed

I am still running the evaluation edition until my purchase comes through.  I am now trying to deploy evaluation dlls to another machine and I get an exception with message:


"The evaluation edition has not been installed".


This is a daily build v 4.0.92.0.  I thought it was possible to deploy eval versions on another machine and it will simply come up as eval.


Please help as soon as possible.

Dear Klaus, 
  
 I also face the same problem some days ago. The solution for the problem is to install the Think Geo WPF Map suite. Then use the DLL. You can’t simply copy the dll to another machine.

Thanks for the reponse Raquibur.  


Hmm, this would be tricky.  I have about 6 inhouse users eager to test this and our deployment is currently using ClickOnce.  I can set the WPF MapSuite as a prerequisite to the installer,  but I will prefer not to do so.  It must be possible to simply copy the DLLs in evaluation mode.  Howard, David, please comment.   


Also, is this what will be needed in field installations?

Dear Klaus,  
  
 One thing you can do is to make installer using .net installer project. Then, after installing your application it will run the map without showing this error message.

 We double checked this issue on our end, and we think the issue you reported is a bug on the license strategy on only Wpf Desktop Edition. We are  fixing it today; I think you can get and try the latest version 4.0.100.0 tomorrow to get around this issue.
