The Use of Proj4 in map areas with different Projection datums

Hi Tsui,

  Proj4.InternalProjectionParameterString and .ExternalProjectionParameterString are used together to define a Mercator Transformation with Projection Datum information. For map areas with different Projection Datums, how am I going to ensure that the Mercator Transformation is defined with proper Projection Datum info at the corresponding area so that the Mercator transformation can be done effectively to convert a map point in local coordinates into its Latitude and longitude counterpart? In other words, how am I going to define the Transformation properly at all the map areas of interest with appropriate Projection Datum informations?
