Tile regression in 3.0.357 with ValueStyle

This is new with 3.0.357, but the tiling system does not longeur take care of ValueStyle changes

Here is the usecase:

Load a Map with Tiling on

Apply a ValueStyle 1

Pan/zoom to generate tiles

Apply a new ValueStyle 2 => the map change to reflect to change

Pan/zoom => this will use some tiles showing ValueStyle 1 and ValueStyle 2
