I'm using multithreaded, GDI with tile cache. I have this one tile that whenever it tries to load, it has an error instead and says
"Index was out of range. Must be non-negative and le
Parmeter name: index"
(I'm guessing the rest of the error message got cut off by the edge of the tile. Any help or ideas would be appreciated.

I guess it throws an exception while rendering. Could you send me the data you are using so that I can recreate your issue. Also, it will be great to show us your development environment; such as VS version and OS, 32X or 64X.
